* Ginger (Zingiber officinale) – Helps increase vitality/energy, may help increase energy.

Dosage for adults: 25 ml before meals, 1-2 times a day. The recommended daily dose for adults is 50 ml. 1 tablespoon = 15 ml.
Dosing for children: Not recommended for children under 12 years old!
