Universal formula de-colouring powder for all professional bleaching techniques. The balanced mixture of the ingredients allows a “heavy” powder to be obtained, easy to use (without risks for the operator) which, at the stage of mixing with the Nouvelle oxidising cream, provides a soft and homogeneous cream that doesn’t foam or drip, specific for de-colouring, chemical treatment and Highlights.

To the high capacity for lightening, DECOFLASH associates a strong protective action: the de-colouring function, thanks to its particular formulation, is developed in an intense manner without damaging or attacking the hair’s structure.
It is also suggested for bleaching dyed hair with an oxidising colour (chemical action).
It lightens by over six basic hair tones.
It is mixed with the oxidising cream Nouvelle 20, 30 and 40 volume, according to the lightening intensity to be obtained.

EFFECTS:
De-colouring action powders.
Vegetable derivation proteins, with good skin affinity, they reduce the aggressiveness of the de-colouring powders.
Cationic derivative from guar gum, with a conditioning and restructuring action. Gives hair substance and shine.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: DECOFLASH is employed as a traditional-type de-colouring product for complete or partial stripping:
1 part DECOFLASH (25 ml.)
2 parts OXIDISING CREAM 20, 30, 40 vol. (50 ml.)
The volumes of the oxidiser must be chosen according to the criterion of the number of shades to be lightened.
REACTION TIME. The time that it must be left in place can vary from 20 to 50 minutes. This is influenced by various factors: The hair’s basic shade – The degree of lightening desired – The hair’s condition – The type of technique utilised – The work environment temperature – The volumes of peroxide utilised and their quantities.
