Shake and pump the sprayer a few times before first use. After use, put the cap back on. In case of blockage, flush the sprayer.

Recommended dosage:
Adults: 5 sprays taken under the tongue or on the inside of the cheek just before bedtime. The recommended course length is 2 weeks and the minimum time interval between two courses is 2 weeks. Use before going to bed on the first day of travel and a few days after arriving at your destination to relieve fatigue caused by the time zone change caused by travel.
5 sprays contain: 200 mg Reishi extract (Ganoderma lucidum), 1.9 mg melatonin, 50 mg L-theanine, 50 mg lemon balm leaf extract (Melissa officinalis), 0.5 mg lavender essential oil (Lavandula angustifolia).
