Our overnight oatmeal is not only healthy and easy to make, but also very affordable. Depending on the need, one breakfast costs only 0.75-1.50 euros. It's more affordable than most restaurant breakfast porridges, which are often quite nutrient-poor as they only consist of oats and sugary jam.
HOW TO USE: Overnight porridge is easy to prepare - add milk (100 g/l of milk per 70 g of mixture), mix well and place in the fridge overnight. When you wake up, a healthy and tasty breakfast awaits you! Enjoy it cold or warm it up in the microwave. You can also make it with buttermilk, kefir, skyr or vegetable milk. If you wish, you can add fresh berries or fruits.
If you need a light snack, mix 70 g of porridge mixture with 100 ml of milk. An average breakfast for women is 100 g of porridge mixed with 140 ml of milk (about 400 kcal). An average breakfast for men is 140 g of porridge mixed with 200 ml of milk (about 570 kcal). Find the right portion size for you based on your daily menu or meal plan.
