ICONFIT Omega 3, 6 & 9 Fatty Acids with Vitamin E is a dietary supplement that helps maintain normal heart health, brain function, vision and overall well-being.

Each capsule contains a blend of Omega 3-6-9 oils (fish oil, linseed oil, sunflower seed oil) derived from fatty fish and natural seed oils containing EPA, ALA and DHA to support brain and heart function and support good vision. ALA, DHA and EPA are the most studied omega-3 fatty acids. Fish oil is pure, obtained from small fish (anchovies).

ICONFIT Omega 3-6-9 capsules are additionally enriched with vitamin E, which helps protect cells from oxidative stress. Oxidative stress is an imbalance between free radicals and antioxidants in the body. Oxidative stressors, which are harmful factors, predominate. Free radicals can damage tissues in the body, contributing to various diseases and aging processes.

Omega-3 fatty acids play an important role in human nutrition and human physiology. The three types of omega-3 fatty acids involved in human physiology are α-linolenic acid (ALA), eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). ALA is found in plants, while DHA and EPA are found in algae and fish. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal functioning of the heart.
