  • Ja pasūtījuma statuss ir gaidošs, ko tas nozīmē?
    Preču gaidīšanas statuss nozīmē, ka daļa preču bija noliktavā (parasti e-veikalā ir redzams maksimālais pasūtīšanas laiks, bet kopumā preces pienāks ātrāk) un precei būtu jānonāk un tad jānosūta.
  • Vai es varu atgriezt pasūtīto preci?
    UZMANĪBU: Veselības un higiēnas prasību dēļ kosmētikas produktus nevar atgriezt vai apmainīt. Atgriezt var tikai e-veikalā iegādātās preces, kuras ir iepakotas tā, ka tās nav bijis iespējams atvērt. Veikalos iegādātās preces nevar atgriezt.
  • Vai mans pasūtījums ir nosūtīts?
    Ja pasūtījums jums tiek nosūtīts no mūsu noliktavas, jūs nekavējoties saņemsit paziņojumu uz savu e-pasta adresi, ja jūsu ievadītā e-pasta adrese ir pareiza. Ja gadās, ka prece ir beigusies vai mums tā ir citos veikalos, no kuriem tā ir jāpasūta, tad tās izsūtīšana var aizņemt ilgāku laiku, atkarībā no tā, no kuras pilsētas un rajona tā ir jāsūta. Parasti uz Jūsu e-pasta adresi tiks nosūtīta attiecīga informācija, ja preču sūtījums aizkavēsies ilgāk par 5 dienām.
