HOW TO USE: For adults, a daily dose of 1-3 teaspoons contains 1-3 g of chaga powder. Mix a teaspoon of powder with 200-250 ml of hot water (3 teaspoons - 600-750 ml), let it brew for 15-20 minutes, strain. For adults, drink 1-3 glasses (200-250ml) a day before meals. Recommended usage time is up to 1 month, repeat if necessary.
