Porridge mixes already contain the necessary amount of protein (collagen, whey protein, hemp protein). It helps to better balance the nutrients in your menu, thus making nutrition simple and healthy.
Fibers
Quick Protein Oats are high in fiber. Fiber is an important component of everyone's diet, and most of us do not consume the required daily amount. Fibers are important to maintain a feeling of fullness, and they also contribute to normal bowel function. Each 100 g portion contains 6.5 g of fiber.
Collagen
The porridge also contains over 10% of the highest quality hydrolysed collagen. If you eat at least one serving of porridge a day, you will also cover your body's daily need for 10 g of collagen.
HOW TO USE: Weigh 100 g of porridge mixture (331 kcal, women) into a bowl. 150 g for men (497 kcal). Pour 100 g/ml of hot water per 100 g of porridge (use approx. 80 g/ml of water for the chocolate-flavoured mixture), mix with a spoon and let stand for one minute. Or add more or less water according to your taste preference. And that's all you need to do to enjoy a healthy porridge. Prepare it at home in the morning or for lunch at work.
