Why melatonin?
Melatonin is a natural hormone produced by the pineal gland in our brain that is responsible for regulating our sleep-wake cycle. When life makes it difficult to relax and fall asleep, melatonin steps in as a reliable ally.

How melatonin helps:
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. A beneficial effect is achieved by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before going to bed...Melatonin alleviates subjective complaints of jet lag fatigue. The beneficial effect is achieved with a minimum dose of 0.5 g, which must be taken before going to bed on the first day of travel and a few days after arrival at the destination

HOW TO USE:

ICONFIT MELATONIN. Food supplement. *Melatonin shortens the time to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is manifested by the consumption of 1 mg of melatonin immediately before going to bed.

DOSAGE: For adults, take 1 capsule a day with a glass of water just before going to bed. Use for up to 1 month, repeat the course if necessary.

WARNINGS: Do not use the supplement as a substitute for a varied diet. It is important to eat a varied and balanced diet and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children.
