1. Use the mask as a pre-cleanser. If you have makeup on your face, remove it first with a makeup remover.
2. Remove the white film from the mask and place the mask on your face, aligning it with your eyes and nose.
3. Once the mask is in place, remove the clear film.
4. Leave the mask on your skin for 15-20 minutes. Remove the mask when it starts to feel tight.
