How to use

Remove the softened gel with a small spoon and shake off the water. Don’t touch it with your hands, use a small spoon to fill the gel into the base of the denture and push it onto your real teeth, don’t touch the skin or gums to avoid getting burnt. Don’t put too much gel in, otherwise it will spill over the edge of the denture.
To remove, gently push the bottom teeth forward against the back of the curly ends, move and gently pull down from the top until they come loose.
