Before lighting each candle, cut the wick 0.5 cm long so that the candle burns cleanly and does not burn. If the flame becomes too big, extinguish the candle, cut the wick shorter, then you can relight the candle if you wish. Burn the candle consecutively until the entire surface is melted – this will ensure even burning. To extinguish the candle, press the wick into the melting wax with a non-flammable object and lift the wick up again.
Do not burn the candle for more than 4 consecutive hours. The candle should always be burnt on a heat-resistant surface, away from objects that could catch fire. The glass of a burning candle may be hot. Keep the burning candle away from children and animals. Avoid drafts near the candle. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
