Application: apply the oil or cream to the massaged area. Hold the massager in a horizontal position, starting with gentle upward strokes from the ankle to the inner thigh. Repeat 3–5 times per leg. Then repeat the same action on the outer thigh and then on the back. Begin the massage by moving from the wrists upwards to the heel. Start the body massage by moving from top to bottom. After the massage, moisturise the body with your favourite lotion or cream. For optimal results, massage daily (morning or evening).
Before the massage, you can apply your favourite face oil or cream. Always treat your face gently. The facial massage can be repeated every day, for a few minutes at a time. Press the massager firmly against the skin, but do not stretch the skin.

Be sure to use the massager every morning or every other day.
