Instructions for use:

Place the microwave on a suitable tray, ensuring that the filling is evenly distributed.
Make sure the microwave is clean of debris and grease to avoid fire hazards.
Place a half-full cup of water in the microwave. Be careful when you remove the cup – it can get VERY hot. Only use a microwave-safe dish.
Heat for a maximum of 1 minute in 500&&&ash;750 watt microwaves and a maximum of 30 seconds in 800&&&ash;1000 watt microwaves.
If it feels too cool for your liking after the initial heating, you can reheat it, in no more than 15 second increments, until the desired temperature is reached.
After reheating, let it cool for 30 seconds before using.
Let it cool to room temperature before reheating.
If overheating occurs, allow the product to cool back to room temperature.
If the product is damaged or you notice discolouration or flaming, allow it to cool completely before throwing it in the normal bin.
To freshen up the scent, just a few drops of essential oil will do. Excessive use of the oil can be dangerous and can cause a fire.
