Used as part of a moisturizing and rejuvenating skincare treatment. Explain in advance to the client the sensations that may occur when applying the warm mask to the face. Melt the mask in a heater. Check the paraffin temperature on the inside of the wrist. It is recommended to use a headband to protect the client’s hair. Thoroughly cleanse the facial skin. Apply an emulsion or serum to the face and neck. Then apply the warm mask to the face and neck using a spatula or a soft special brush. Ensure that the edges of the mask are evenly thick and that the mask layer is approximately 5 mm thick. Do not apply to the eye area. Leave the mask on for 15 minutes. Remove the mask by gently lifting it from the edges. Tone the skin. Finish the treatment by applying a facial cream, ideally a soothing and protective cream or Vitalderm pH.
