For hair: apply the conditioner to wet hair after shampooing, focusing especially on mid‑lengths and ends. Leave on for a few minutes to allow the active ingredients to deeply nourish the hair, then rinse thoroughly.
For skin: apply the body lotion to clean, dry skin, gently massaging to aid absorption. The cream leaves the skin soft and hydrated without a greasy feel.
