Take 2 capsules per day for one month as part of a recommended 3‑month programme.
1 box of 60 capsules – 1‑month supply.
Ideally repeated 3 times a year.

Per daily dose of 2 capsules: collagen-rich and elastin-rich fish skin extract (500mg), spirulina Spirulina platensis (200mg), plant origin envelope: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), zinc citrate, selenium-enriched yeast, anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, biotin (vitamin B8).
