Remove the front and back panels of the mask before use. Gently place the mask on your face and adjust its position so that it is comfortable around the eyes and mouth. Press gently with both hands to apply.

After 15 minutes, remove and massage the remaining serum into the skin for maximum absorption. Apply to cleansed, dry skin in the morning or evening, up to twice weekly. The unopened mask can be placed in the fridge for a more intensive and cooling treatment.
