Clean your face thoroughly and make sure it is dry. Remove the patch from the shield and place it directly on the pimple or dark/red area. Press the patch gently to make it stick well. Leave the patch on for 4–8 hours. Remove the patch carefully and discard it. Use the patches in the evening to allow them to work at night. Do not place patches on open wounds or irritated skin. Avoid direct sunlight as this can aggravate hyperpigmentation. Use a sunscreen with a high SPF (at least SPF 30) during the day. Be patient as it may take a few weeks for dark spots to disappear completely.
