BIOCYTE has developed the first liposomal curcumin for maximum absorption. Curcumin Forte x185® is formulated with microencapsulated curcumin, based on the nutritional expertise of Biocyte’s laboratory.

Curcumin is a complex structure with a microsphere. The micelles have 2 poles: a water-soluble hydrophilic pole and a lipophilic pole that trap water-insoluble oils. This dual affinity allows the active ingredient to be coated and protected from the external environment. These multisols mimic the method used by the body itself to absorb fats and fat-soluble substances. This leads to better absorption and much higher concentrations in the blood.

Using liposomal technology, Curcumin Forte x185® has 185 times the bioavailability of a traditional curcumin capsule.
