Iron deficiency anemia is a condition characterized by a decrease in the number, size, or hemoglobin content of red blood cells, which can lead to decreased oxygen transport in the body. Anemia symptoms can vary depending on the cause, severity, and type of anemia, as well as individual factors such as age and general health. During pregnancy, the volume of fluid (including blood) circulating in a woman's body increases, but unfortunately, the body cannot produce red blood cells at the corresponding rate. In addition, iron is also used to meet the needs of the fetus. Since the blood is directly affected by iron deficiency anemia, it is also diagnosed primarily with the help of blood tests.

What are the symptoms of iron deficiency?

Fatigue and weakness: These are some of the most common symptoms because the body's cells are getting less oxygen than usual.
Pale or yellowish skin: A decrease in hemoglobin and red blood cells can cause the skin to look pale or yellowish.
Shortness of breath: especially during physical activity, as the body struggles to supply enough oxygen to the tissues and muscles.
Dizziness: May occur due to insufficient oxygen reaching the brain.
Cognitive problems: such as difficulty concentrating or memory due to reduced oxygen supply to the brain.

HOW TO USE: For women during pregnancy, 1 capsule a day after breakfast or in the morning on an empty stomach. Dairy products and coffee prevent iron absorption.
