Applying the Australian Gold Tropical Retreat DHA Bronzer:

Solarium:
Apply to the entire body within 10 minutes of sunbed use. For best results, start at the feet and move the body in a circular motion.

While sunbathing:
1. Apply SPF 20 minutes before sun exposure
2. Apply a layer of Australian Gold Tropical Retreat DHA Bronzer tanning cream just before sun exposure
3. Reapply your sunscreen and Tropical Retreat DHA Bronzer sunscreen at least every two hours. If swimming, sweating or towel drying, this frequency should be increased.
