1. Use the mask as a pre-cleanser. If you have make-up on your face, remove it first with a make-up remover.
2. Remove the white film from the mask and place the mask on the face, aligning it with the eyes and nose.
3. Once the mask is in place, remove the transparent film.
4. Leave the mask on for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove the mask when it starts to tighten.
5. Rinse face with lukewarm water to remove any residue.
