We recommend brushing your teeth twice a day for 2–3 minutes.
Do not rinse your mouth and avoid eating or drinking for 30 to 40 minutes after brushing.
When brushing, use vertical sweeping movements or circular motions, avoiding horizontal movements on the gumline.
