For techniques where the product comes into contact with the scalp, you can use BLONDME Premium Developer 2% | 7 Vol. Hydrogen or 6% | 20 Vol. Hydrogen. For techniques where there is no contact with the scalp, you can use up to BLONDME Premium Developer 9 % | 30 Vol. Hydrogen. Apply to dry, unwashed hair.
