Effects
Algae, marine deposits and salts stimulate skin cell regeneration processes. They contain many natural vitamins, microelements, amino acids and other biologically active substances (moisturisers, antioxidants etc.), which help to preserve skin moisture, improving the quality and appearance of skin. The high amount of iron, beta-Carotene and oligosaccharides present in these algae are particularly important. Iron increase overall body tone and improve the functioning of immune system. Beta–Carotene and vitamin D delay aging processes and improve the general condition of skin. Polysaccharides function as moisturisers, helping active components to be absorbed more effectively and forming a great protective barrier against free radicals. Spirulina algae facilitate the supply of tissue with oxygen improve blood circulation. Skin regeneration and the skin’s protective capabilities are improved. Likewise, spirulina has a beneficial effect on capillaries, strengthening them and preventing capillary spasms. Thanks to the diverse effects of algae, skin is rejuvenated, vital processes are facilitated within skin cells and tiny wrinkles are evened out.
Use
The required amount of algae powder (~100 g) is mixed with warm water (300 ml). A consistent mass is acquired through mixing, which is applied to the cleansed problematic body zones. These are covered with a sheet and thermal blanket. Procedure lasts for 30 minutes. Mask is rinsed off in the shower
