L'OreĢal Professionnel Water Saver Showerhead

The patented water fragmentation technology behind the Water Saver consists of very precise collisions of water jets. The opposing jets create micro-droplets at high speed for optimal rinsing performance. The water pressure will be higher than a traditional shower head and therefore requires a bit more getting used to and a bit of adjustment. Expert tip: Hold the shower head close to the scalp when rinsing to avoid water splashing.

NOTE! The shower head is currently only available for the two most common sinks in the EU: Aquastop and Easydock. Watch the video on how to install the shower head on the "Water Saver" page under "sustainability" in the menu.
We are happy that you want to hear more about the water-saving product, and together we can save water in hair salons. This is an innovative new technological product and it requires some time for the hairdresser to get used to working with it. The shower head is smaller than a traditional shower head and the water flow is also much stronger. This must be taken into account when using. Below we have collected some of our tips on how to use it as best as possible.

1. The handle looks a little different because it is smaller than the traditional shower head. It makes it easier to rotate if you hold it correctly.

2. Gradually open the water to avoid an excessive flow of water from the shower head and thus water splashes.

3. Start by wetting the hair from the back of the head and hold the shower head close to the scalp.

4. Now you can start rinsing the hair from the top. Remember to keep the shower head close to the scalp when rinsing.

5. Always direct the stream of water backwards, away from the face. The water can splash on the face due to high water pressure if you hold the shower head too far away.

6. Allow some time to adjust the hot water in the morning or after prolonged inactivity.
